AFIG JOINS GLOBAL FORCE AGAINST CORRUPTION IN DOHA (Doha, Qatar – December 2025)

Under the bold theme “ Shaping Tomorrow’s Integrity ,” global leaders convened in Doha to intensify the fight against corruption and advance accountability worldwide.

Ghana’s delegation, ledby the Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, featured distinguished leaders including Deputy Chief of Staff Nana Oye Bampoe Addo; Chief Justice Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie; Deputy Attorney General Dr. Justice Srem-Sai; Ghana’s Ambassador to the UN in Vienna, H.E. Matilda Aku Alomatu Osei-Agyeman; the Special Prosecutor; and Members of Parliament.
In a powerful address, the Speaker reaffirmed Ghana’s unwavering commitment to transparency and global collaboration in tackling corruption.

The Anti-Fraud Initiative Ghana (AFIG) stood alongside leading civil society organizations such as Transparency International, reinforcing the vital role of grassroots action in shaping effective anti-corruption strategies.

This united front sends a clear message: Ghana is resolute, prepared, and committed to upholding integrity at all levels.

Corruption must fall. Integrity must rise . The time is now.
