Anti-Fraud Initiative Ghana’s Isaac Obour, the only African speaker on the closing plenary session at the Global Fraud Summit organized by UNODC and INTERPOL urged emerging economies to prioritize fraud prevention and effective victims support in order to safeguard the gains made in financial inclusion, convenient financial services and the digital economy.
